Is there a minimum order
There is no minimum order for trade customers.
How is shipping charged
Postage & packing is £10 on orders under £200. Orders over £200 carriage is free.
What payment methods and terms are accepted
Payment options are:

For your first order with us we ask that payment is received before we dispatch the goods. All subsequent orders will be shipped with an invoice which must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

What happens if products are damaged or have defects
If any products arrive damaged or have defects please return them to us at:

Please include a note explaining what the damage/defect is and your account name. We will either repair the product, send a replacement or issue a credit note.
