Cuba is a country of great creativity and resourcefulness. Its creativity is obvious in its art, dance and of course music. Its resourcefulness is born of necessity – a result of decades of economic isolation. Chica jewellery is made in Havana, Cuba from natural or recycled materials, including recycled spoons and forks, by our exclusive supplier – Rafael, Beatriz and their extended family. This ring has been created by hand using natural shell. Each piece is created by one of 4 local Cuban artisans who make the jewellery exclusively for Zukari.
